Hotel rates were selected carefully to compete other hotels’ rates. Hotel rates were categorized according to residence length.

• Daily bases rate is QR. 500/day/Suite.
• Monthly bases rate is QR. 250/day/Suite. (Such rate could be counted only after completing of one complete month during one continuous stay).
